Brought my Buick Encore in for an oil change on a Saturday and was in and out in an hour. The service manager pointed out other services that my car needed, and I used some coupons I had from LaFontaine Buick to reduce the cost of the oil change and tire rotation. I will bring my vehicle back to LaFontaine when I have more time for the other services recommended. Very efficient, friendly service. Waiting area was comfortable and safe.

The people at Lafontaine in Dexter are always so nice and they don't treat me like "oh here comes a woman" they explain everything to me and I do not feel like they ever try to take advantage of me. They are helpful and friendly and courteous. My 89 year old father really likes them and he is not one that will take a car to a dealership. I just can't say enough about how great this team is.

My parents and ourselves have made many purchases over the years from them and have referred many others and all of us have always been more than satisfied. Sale person was very good and was helpful, but who ever cleans the cars didn't do a very good job. Never clean the door jams or under the hood area , not what I would have expected for a dealership
Very professional, told me how the car was doing, but also told me how my fluids were and which ones should be flushed first. My only complaint would be I have never paid for an oil change and received a dirty vehicle back. All car dealerships usually ask if you would like the car rinsed off before it is returned to you, if you don't mention it yourself.
I have never had a bad experience in the service department. It's easy to make appointments, customer service is great, and they take great care of my jeep.

Quoted me ~ $120 to cut key and program fob for my Ford Flex (I had a blank fob but only one actively programmed key so I couldn't easily do it myself). Actual bill was $77. Staff was professional and friendly, turnaround was quick. Would certainly use this service department again based on this experience.
Recently I got my ford focus fixed by LaFontaine Ford. Great service and fair price. Particularly, the staff (Michelle) was super helpful and I had a easy communication with service department. The tech recorded a video about the issue and it gives me more confidence to decide about the service. I recommend.

After dropping my car to get it looked at, and not having the funds to repair after being informed of the final cost. I've alway had a pretty good experience at this location, no matter the service. Even with my previous vehicle. As far as complaining is concerned I'd only ask for more flexability with leased vehicles. In regards to canceling a lease and revert to purchase. Otherwise LaFontaine has been pretty good to me.
While waiting to have an oil change on our sons' Insight, we spoke to Sam Almardaa, salesman, about our leased vehicle from another dealership and our desire to get into a Honda. He was able to work with us to end that lease early and send us home with a new CR-V of our own. Thanks Sam !!!

Neat service department with a pull in garage that gets you out of the cold really fast. They got us me in quickly, and did my service in about 30-40minutes which was nice and swift for me.

I bought a 2021 Kia Seltos S AWD over the weekend and could not have been happier with my experience. They were a bit shorthanded on staff but everyone did such an amazing job making sure that every customer was greeted immediately and attended to. They were great at explaining the whole process, and considered my input in every move that was made. At no time did I feel pressured or cornered into a vehicle I didn't want. I would recommend this location to anyone who is considering buying a Kia!

I went to the Kia dealership for the first time for service. The service attendant (Andrew) and my service was excellent. Waiting inside of the building for service was unacceptable. The salesmen were not wearing masks - and after the 4th person walked past me without a mask I left to walk outside. They have the notices on the door that masks are required for entrance, but clearly the sales staff does not believe that is in reference to them. The service technicians and support people were wearing masks. (which I much appreciated in this time of Covid)

We always swore we would never buy a new car. We own two vehicles that are 15+ years old. That being said we came in to test drive a newer Camry and Izzeddin got us such a great price that we really couldn’t walk away. Overall my experience was really good. I'm giving it 4 stars because I felt the waiting area had limited seating , especially during this pandemic. This was my first visit to the dealer since purchasing my Volvo via a private seller in March 2020. There were questions I had regarding the operation of the vehicle that my service advisor, Lance Dillon, took his time to go over with me when my car was ready. I really appreciated him taking the time to sit in the car with me and explain some of the upgrades my 2019 XC40-R had such as Polestar and the SAE Level 2 Plus features such as park-in, park-out, pilot assist.
