Great dealership, leased a Tahoe. Hate dealerships!!!! and have been to many over many leases and this one was so remarkably different and better. I am in shock how much I actually didn't hate this car buying experience!!!!! Assuming I still want a Chevy, I will for sure stick with this dealership. I don't know if it's the lafontaine way or this location, but i'm for sure sold on their brand and plan to buy from them again. I've been to Sellers of Farmington, Tom Holzer of Novi, and others, and this definitely was my best experience. They even delivered my car! They did, although, forget license place screws for my new car. Or maybe they don't come with them? Either way, panicked trip to Home Depot.

Went in today to have my windshield wipers replaced. And got in and the guy says I have to go to parts to buy them. And they could put on if asked. So waited 15 mins at the desk and the guy just sat there didn’t even get up. So I left. What’s the point of appointment if you all aren’t going to service my car! I won’t be back!

Service was great and on time just as promised.
I was greeted immediately in the service department by 2 individuals. The individual checking me in was courteous and helpful. The vehicle was actually taken care of sooner than expected! A tire rotation was part of the work performed. This is a new lease as of March 2019. I'm not happy that one of the rims got scratched. This should not be something I am liable for when I turn the vehicle in. If the dealership could take care of this I would appreciate their help.

Went in for an oil change and a tire rotation. Showed up 10 minutes before they opened at 7:30 and was quoted 30 - 40 minutes. An hour and twenty minutes later my truck was done. Do to the longer wait time, they took care of the rotation cost for me which was nice. Staff were pleasant. I plan to return to this dealer for my next oil change.

not sure where to start i bought my first truck from this dealer bill ward was great in helping me to get into my 2007 electric blue pearl dodge dakota 4x4 truck the exact one i have been looking for now i wont and cant say nothing bad about all the staff that help getting me into it after all they are in business of selling but the only problem i do have is that i feel as though the service people dont tell the sales people all that is wrong with what they are selling like i said bill ward and the rest in the used car department are great but i had the service 4wd light on and service didnt want to fix it now i know why it was on as i was looking for the sensor they said they replaced i found that the 4x4 plug was not plugged and there was no driveshaft on it for the 4x4 and the transfer case was grinding so i called to ask about this problem and i get told OOOOO WE KNOW THERES NO DRIVESHAFT IN IT so how can you sell a truck that says 4x4 if there is no 4x4 working i understand it was bought as is but the 4x4 should have been working right ? so i give a 5 star to bill ward and the staff that got me this truck but service needs to fix this problem

My wife and I drove up from Florida to visit family and purchase an AWD Santa Fe. We made the mistake of going to another dealership where they 1) didn't want to help a new salesman, and 2) didn't want to sell to an out of state customer. Immediately upon our arrival at LaFontaine, Joe B. put us at ease. He was courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. When we found out that what we were looking for just wasn't going to happen (we were looking for a 2019 model when the 20s are rolling out), we were shown the all new Palisade. For a vehicle that's been out for less than a few months, Joe knew everything about it, to include how to program and use all the technology on it.The sales manager, Steve, was also very helpful, to include getting is in our vehicle while we were trying to sort out our plate and title situation. What my wife and I noticed, more importantly to us, was that as his new salesman was striking out with his clients, he came over to tell him to not let that get to him and that he did a great job, so that his new employee could go home on a good note. For a dealership that bills itself on family, the entire staff was above and beyond committed to treating both buyers and employees as part of the family. We were on our way home to Tennessee when the low tire light came on. We stopped in at LaFontaine. The service dept was most helpful. They took our car right back and checked the tires. We had a nail. They plugged it and then took our car through the car wash. Very quick, and very friendly.

Working with Jeff Reichel and Joseph Pytel was the best dealership experience i ever had. Jeff was clear throughout the process, was very fair and gave a good deal. Also him and Joe were very responsive to all of my emails. Its hard to find good customer service especially automotive, but this exceeded my expectations. I recommend them.

After multiple let downs from other local dealers, feeling hopeless, I was able to come in to La Fontaine Subaru where I spoke with Nick Stacewicz. I informed him of my recent experiences and how I just wanted the real deal, no BS. I must say I was impressed because within 1 hour we had structured a great deal and my car was ordered to my spec. Nick kept me updated on the tracking info any time there was a change. Before I knew it, I had the perfect car and a great deal. He was never short on answering any of my questions and always had a great attitude. Overall experience was a breeze and they definitely set the example on how car buying should be. Easy 5 stars and would recommend to anyone. Absolutely love my new WR blue WRX!
I'm not really huge on leaving reviews, but I just felt compelled to do one for these guys. I had a truly pleasant experience buying my WRX from LaFontaine Subaru. I was greeted promptly by the salesman, Nicholas Stacewicz, and he patiently chatted with me about what I was looking for. He made a couple recommendations (Impreza and Crosstrek), and even let me demo the Impreza over the weekend as a long-term test drive! That alone helped me realize that he was the person I wanted to buy a car from. I didn't end up buying the Impreza, but as I mentioned earlier a WRX, and he accommodated multiple test drives for me to come to the final decision. He never pushed me or made me feel any pressure or urgency whatsoever, and was prompt in his replies via email and text. Nick even negotiated on my behalf to fix a couple minor pieces of damage on the WRX at LaFontaine's expense (it was a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle). I can't recommend these guys enough. If you're even remotely thinking of looking at a Subaru, make SURE you go in and ask for Nicholas Stacewicz at LaFontaine. I know when it comes time to trade up my WRX for the STI, I'll be going to see him. No question! And LaFontaine Subaru, do whatever you can to hang on to Nicholas - he's a rare asset that you should shower with appreciation whenever you can!
I recently leased a Crosstrek and worked with Nick Stacewicz and Joe Vulaj. I made an appointment to come in last minute, late in the day and they both made it as quick and smooth as possible. Let me start with 1 word for this dealership "Awesome". We were looking for a 2020 Corolla Hybrid but some how the dealership had the one with only white interiors. This was a big NO for my wife due to the fact of kids will mess it up completely. But we didn't came home empty handed as the general manager "Mr. Mike Law" provided us with the great deal on brand new Prius (which is a great vehicle since more than a decade) and the amazing service by new sales person "Mr. Jacob Wrestler". This team helped us to pick more better car which fits our needs with extremely less turn around time.Overall all it was a great experience and we are happy to drive 2 hours to LaFontine Toyota and purchased the car. Very nice sales people. Well informed and patient with all my questions. Just an update on my experience with LaFontaine and my 2019 Tacoma Truck. I love the truck. I've never owned a truck before but this truck is not like a truck but it is a truck. I've went camping and pulled my camper and it did great. I've gone to Niagara Falls and Paducah Kentucky and again the truck did great. Nice ride, comfortable and roomy. I love my new truck. As for the service i've gotten fromLafontain is top notch. They have come and got my truck twice to add a few things to truck (trailer brakes and toma cove). Very Nice people with everyone I have dealt with. This is my first purchase by myself and I can't say enough about their People. Javair (jay) Saulsberry was my sales person and he is great. He's busy but that means he's selling which is his job. He has always returned my calls and set up my appointments and pick ups. He is so helpful and always so cheerful and positive. If you go here look for Jay, his desk is right by the door. He will probably find you if he is not already talking to someone else. So My review is all good and I'm happy with my choice of trucks and with my trucks wonderful representatives.
