I did my research for months. Got pre-qualified and was ready to make a deal on something I had been taking a look at because it was economically safe and good on gas mileage. Took my truck here for some warranty engine work and they got it inspected quickly. Parts were ordered and my truck was repaired in a few days, which was really quick considering the amount of work needed. Only complaint is how hard it is to get a hold your service advisor. I understand you can get busy, because I also work in the Automotive repair industry, but a simple email goes a long way and takes very little time. One more thing, if someone brings a full-size truck in for repair a mini SUV is not an acceptable loaner car.

I went in for a recall repair. It took longer than expected but it was beyond the mechanics control. (My window doesn't work sometimes). I would go there again for warranty work.
New service advisor. Did a great job. Also prompt shuttle back and forth from work. Everyone very friendly and efficient.
Rob in the service area was very courteous and helpful. He made sure that my vehicle was fixed fast and correct. He stayed in contact with me to let me know what was going on with my truck. I will be bringing it back here the next time I need service.

My experience with LaFontaine started when I purchased my 2018 Dodge Charger GT AWD Plus (New). They have a Salesman there (D.E.) that is just amazing. I dropped my car off at LaFontaine Ford at 7:30, was greeted by Bill the service coordinator who had everything ready to take care of my car.I had an oil change and tire rotation as well as a checkup on a squeak.The shuttle took me to work and picked me up at the end of my work day!Everything was handled promptly on my car.Bill even set up an appointment for another car so I'll be all set next week!

Enjoyed quiet time in the service waiting room with TV, popcorn, cpffee and the opportunity for peace and quiet to catch on my emails. The entire staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic well helping me find my new car! They allowed me to take home the car I was planning on buying for the night before making a final decision. They were also very filling to fix any issues with the car I had noticed during my overnight test drive. I would buy another car from them in a heartbeat. Best dealership experience I've ever had.

I went in to get an oil change on my day off without an appointment and they squeezed me in around 3:30PM. They had me out of there in less than an hour and the oil change was free because I had purchased the Major Service package on my last visit. All in all, it was very easy and convenient.

AMAZING customer service! After looking for a Kia Telluride, we had been to a few dealerships where we found out they were marking up the MSRP. Called Ann Arbor Kia, made a deal over the phone, they had the exact model we were looking for and they made the entire process easy and seamless. We were on our way home to Tennessee when the low tire light came on. We stopped in at LaFontaine. The service dept was most helpful. They took our car right back and checked the tires. We had a nail. They plugged it and then took our car through the car wash. Very quick, and very friendly.

They Replaced the engine on my 2013 kia which had over 100,000 milestone FREE. They even paid for the rental car I used. I have had great service here.
Took my Kia Optima in for an oil change and tire alignment. The entire department was extremely nice and really quick getting it done. On top of that, the alignment wasn’t performed because they said it wasn’t needed. How nice and refreshing to hear they didn’t want to complete work and charge me for something that wasn’t needed. I’ll definitely be getting all my future services at this location!

The service technician I interacted with,Tony, was extremely professional and knowledgeable about his job. He took me right in (I didn’t have an appointment) explained why I needed to come every 6 months for service. It may have taken an hour. I was very pleased with my experience and I’ll be back in 6 months.
