Just about everything was great. Only complaint was that I had to get gas for my loaner car b/c the gas tank was on E. They should have checked it before handing it to me. I ended up (accidentally) putting in half a tank or $10 worth, but only used a few bucks worth. But that's pretty minor. Other than that, my experience was stellar — my loaner car was free, my serviced car was returned to me cleaned per CDC specifications, service delivery was excellent and prompt as promised, and my car runs so much better; so smooth! I always have a good experience at Lafontaine Buick GMC of Ann Arbor. Dave always treats me with respect, as did Ryan. Everyone I encountered was friendly. I was also appreciative of the discount that I received because I work / have been working in a medical practice during the COVID-19 pandemic.

We worked with Rob Blonde at LaFontaine. He helped get us a 2020 AWD Enclave Essence lease, for by far the best deal that I could have imagined. Mr. Blonde was easy to work with, we did not have to play annoying back and forth negotiation games. Our dealings involved just a few back and forth correspondences, and we got the deal done. Traveling from out of state to a medical appointment still 90 minutes away, we had an oil cap trapped in the engine compartment and couldn't access it. Justin from the sales department happened into the gas station we were stopped at and suggested we see his dealership a mile away, where the service manager and Xavier got the car in and out in 20 minutes so that we could make the critical appointment. That level of service , care and commitment is rare, and was certainly most appreciated and is deserving of the highest of ratings!
I happened to have engine trouble on my way to Ann Arbor and the first safe place was LaFontaine. The service and parts portion was open and I intended to let them know that I’d need to park there until a tow truck could get me. Instead, the service manager was aware of an underlying problem my car (not a make they sell) has (a problem we unknowingly inherited and sadly would cost thousands to fix). Went in for a drive up oil change with no appointment. Drove in the service bay and was met by a tech and they got my car in and out quickly within the time frame they stated it would take. Waiting room was nice and cool with it being hot outside. Receiving the vehicle and payment was a breeze, great job handling during this COVID 19.Quickest drive up service I have come across.

I can only give review on the regular maintenance and tire rotation. The service rep was in contact with me and was very helpful on getting my truck in for regular maintenance and an issue with the taillight not working. The taillight issue has yet to be fixed as we were told to reschedule for an electrician to look at it. Frustrating that there is an issue on a truck that is a year old. I hope this does not become a thing because I love this truck.

I am happy with the oil change I had. The only situation I had was when I went to pay my bill with cash. I was told I could only pay with debit or credit card. I am glad I had one of those on me. Purchased a used Outback and absolutely love the car. Was able to take the car quite a distance to get checked by my own mechanic which was very helpful. Chris in sales and the rest of the team were just down to earth, not pushy, and answered every question I had. Even stayed a little late to finish things up. Would surely return in the future.
Jake wrestler was very professional and made the whole process a breeze. He was able to plate my new vehicle in a different state, when the postage was slow he kept me supplied with temp plates regularly so I could stay on the road. I highly suggest asking for Jake at this dealership.
