We have ramped up cleaning services at our stores using hospital-grade disinfectant, and have instituted processes to properly sanitize all of our vehicles. Our employees have a clear understanding of the processes and CDC guidelines in place to ensure a safe and welcoming experience for our guests. We are keenly aware of the fluid nature surrounding the COVID-19 crisis is creating and it is at the forefront of our conversations and decisions. Our top priority is the safety and well-being of our staff and customers. We utilizing a state-of-the-art vehicle sanitization process that:

Although Governor Whitmer has extended the Stay at Home Executive Order, we now have the ability to conduct online sales and meet the new and pre-owned vehicle needs of our customers. While our physical showrooms inside dealerships will remain closed until the end of the month, our virtual showrooms are available 24/7 for all your shopping needs. Rest assured we have knowledgeable sales associates available to not only answer any questions you may have and guide you through the process, but bring the vehicle directly to your driveway or work.

Through LaFontaine’s virtual appointments, we can deliver a walk-around of any vehicle of interest to you, and then talk through the vehicle’s unique features and discuss pricing options. We are available Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 2:00PM to book an appointment and answer any questions you may have. We offer pickup and delivery, along with curbside drop-off, for all your service and body shop needs.
