1. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Detroit Pistons Ticket Giveaway (“Promotion”), is a weekly sweepstake that begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on December 15, 2025, and ends at 3:30 p.m. ET on January 30, 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

Each week one winner from each location (LaFontaine CDJR Okemos and LaFontaine Genesis Commerce) will be selected to win two (2) Detroit Pistons tickets.

The weekly winners will be announced as follows:

Friday, December 19 at 4 p.m.

Friday, December 26 at 4 p.m.

Friday, January 2 at 4 p.m.

Friday, January 9 at 4 p.m.

Friday, January 16 at 4 p.m.

Friday, January 23 at 4 p.m.

Friday, January 30 at 4 p.m.

Winners will be posted at https://www.familydeal.com/detroit-pistons-lca.html

In order to be eligible for a prize, your entry must be submitted before 3:30 p.m. on the Friday the winner is being selected. Any entries submitted after 3:30 p.m. will be entered into the following week’s drawing.

2. HOW TO ENTER AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR ENTRY

During the Promotion Period, anyone 18 years of age or older may visit the following LaFontaine locations during regular business hours to submit an entry form:

LaFontaine Genesis Commerce*

*The Genesis Commerce location will begin participating in this Promotion when its retail location is open to the public.

Limit one (1) entry per person per week. Participants may not submit entries to multiple locations within the same week. Duplicate or mechanically reproduced votes will be disqualified.

LaFontaine employees, LaFontaine employees’ immediate family members and/or people residing in the same household as a LaFontaine employee are disqualified from entering this Promotion.

Alternate Means of Entry: Persons 18 years of age or older can also enter the Sweepstakes by mail, in lieu of submitting the form in person. To enter by mail, send correspondence with the following information printed legibly: Person’s first and last name, street address, city, state, zip code, telephone number and email address and indicate on the letter this information is for submission of an entry for the Detroit Pistons Ticket Giveaway.

Mail in entries may be sent to any of the participating locations at the address listed with the attention line: Detroit Pistons Ticket Giveaway.

For example, to enter at the LaFontaine Genesis Commerce location the envelope should be postmarked:

Mail in entries will be entered into the drawing for the location it is mailed to.

A person may not win more than one (1) prize as part of this Promotion. If a person who has already won submits another entry form, it will be disqualified, and a new winner will be selected.

Entry forms will only be valid for the drawing period it was submitted in and will not carry over to the following week.

3. PRIZE

A weekly winner will be randomly selected by each participating location and will receive 2 Detroit Pistons LCA tickets to a preselected game.

4. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

Each Winner will be notified by phone, email, mail or in person within two business days following the drawing using the information submitted on that person’s entry form. Winners must respond, submit all necessary documentation and retrieve the tickets within four business days of Winner being announced. Failure to respond in the required time frame will disqualify Winner from receiving the Prize and the Prize will lapse.

Winner must sign a liability/publicity release, and any other documentation reasonably requested by Sponsor. Failure to provide such documentation in a timely manner may result in disqualification.

5. TAXES AND REPORTING

All federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs not specifically stated herein, are the sole responsibility of the Winner.

6. PUBLICITY AND MARKETING RELEASE

By entering the sweepstakes, entrant grants Sponsor and its affiliate to use the information provided in the entry form for marketing and communication purposes. Entrants understand that their name will be announced publicly if they are a Winner.

Winners agree that the Sponsor may use their name, image and statements for advertising or publicity purposes. If Winner refuses to participate in advertising or publicity related to this Promotion, he/she forfeits the Prize.

If any claim is brought against LaFontaine related to an entrant’s involvement in this sweepstakes or the use of any funds received, that entrant agrees to indemnify and hold LaFontaine harmless from such claims.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Entrants hereby agree to release LaFontaine Automotive Group, its affiliates, dealerships, and advertising/promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all liability or any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this Promotion or the use or misuse of any prize.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

9. DISPUTES

Except where prohibited by law, entrants involved in the promotion agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this promotion, or the awarded prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate state or federal court located in Oakland County, Michigan; and (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred (excluding attorneys' fees). All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
